Setupad is announcing that the merger between Signia Group and Setupad has been called off. As some obligations of the agreement did not follow through and have not been executed within the agreed time frame, we have thus jointly decided to proceed along our independent paths.
Setupad will remain to be a privately held company, that will continue to work in the field of programmatic advertising.
Last year alone Setupad was able to double the amount of served monthly impressions. We plan on improving our header bidding solutions even further and heavily invest in the CEE region as well as be present in globally growing markets.
